Internalizing a dependence on a singular person, partner, or a just too-small pool of people that put expectations on people who have their own fish to fry is an affect of a hetero-normative culture.

I decided to start this blogspace to accompany the site, to be a space where I can deposit short missives related to presence, authenticity, and emergence. I don’t yet know what it will look like, and I trust that it will take its necessary shape. It’s important, in fact, that I don’t know what it looks like in advance. What else would a space devoted to emergence look like?
